Our Mission
The Humanitarian Agency for Analysis, Safety, and Training (HAAST) is a locally rooted organization founded and led by a team of Lebanese professionals with extensive experience in the humanitarian, educational, and development sectors.
We are committed to advancing the humanitarian localization agenda by ensuring that local knowledge and expertise drive effective solutions. Our work focuses on providing specialized support to both international and national agencies, enabling them to operate with confidence and impact in complex environments.
Through multisectoral analysis, safety and access support, and tailored capacity-building programs and training, we equip organizations with the tools and insights they need to navigate risks and deliver aid responsibly.
By leveraging our deep contextual understanding and community-based approaches, we strengthen humanitarian action across Lebanon and the wider region. Our goal is to ensure that humanitarian aid is safer, more effective, and more sustainable, rooted in local ownership and expertise.
